What We Collect and What We Never Will

We collect anonymous interaction data such as click sequences, interface states, and non-personal context that helps the LAM understand how real users navigate software.

We do not collect passwords, private messages, banking information, or any data from sensitive categories such as financial, healthcare, government, authentication, or adult sites.

We use technology that automatically excludes these by default. You don’t need to configure anything. The system recognizes and blocks them instantly.

This is zero-touch privacy protection - security that happens automatically, without you lifting a finger.

Security Architecture: Enterprise-Grade & Openly Explained

Security shouldn’t be mysterious. It should be measurable.

Action Model uses a multi-layer security architecture designed to protect every stage of your data’s journey - from collection to processing.

• Collection Layer: Runs in an isolated sandbox with limited access, recording only what’s needed for training. Private and incognito sessions are excluded unless you manually override them.

• Transport Layer: Protected by modern transport-security configurations to prevent interception or tampering.

• Processing Layer: Before training, data is anonymized, aggregated, and stripped of all identifiers, ensuring that even internally, no one can link it back to you.

Security isn’t an add-on. It’s part of the foundation.

Bug Bounty Programme: Security Through Collaboration

Transparency also means inviting the world to test our defenses. Action Model runs an ongoing bug bounty programme where security researchers are rewarded for responsibly disclosing vulnerabilities.

• Pause all recording instantly, or schedule automatic pauses during specific hours.

• Add websites to your personal block list so they are never recorded.

Access Controls: Protecting Your Account

We don’t rely on vague claims of data anonymization, we use established privacy science.

Action Model’s anonymization pipeline follows principles such as k-anonymity and differential privacy to ensure that no individual can ever be identified.

At each stage, more protection is applied:

• During collection, personal identifiers are removed, sensitive areas are blurred, and user sessions are hashed.

• During processing, data is aggregated and outliers are removed.

• During training, only batch-processed, anonymous datasets are used.

The result is proven mathematical privacy, not marketing privacy.

We host regular community Q&As where we answer privacy questions directly. These sessions are held annually as part of our transparency commitments. This isn’t a PR exercise. It’s accountability made visible.

Nothing about your contribution is hidden. Inside the dashboard, every session you record shows exactly how many tokens it generated and why. You can see which platforms, which actions, and which training modes produced the most value - all in plain sight, not behind a black-box algorithm.

If a bounty multiplier boosted your earnings, you’ll see it. If a certain type of data was especially valuable for the model, that’s visible too. Every contribution becomes an auditable record of how your data turns into ownership.

Data Inspector: Review Every Session You Contribute

Your Privacy Dashboard includes a built-in Data Inspector that lets you review every captured training journey. You can see timestamps, domains, and the anonymised interaction types used for training. If anything looks off, you can delete it instantly.
